How long will it take to prepare and ship my order?
All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the same day, while orders placed outside of our business hours will be prepared and shipped the next business day.
All orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla include a maximum preparation period of seven business days.

What if I want to change my delivery address?
Modifications can be made to the shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped. Any change of address after shipment will have an additional cost that you should consult with us.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, we do not leave any corner where you can not enjoy our products.
We are not responsible for any customs expenses produced in the country of receipt of the package. In the event that the package is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed for administrative expenses.
How can I track the shipment?
When we prepare your order you will receive an email from the transport company with all the information regarding the shipment. In the email you will find your tracking number, with which you can know at all times where your order is.
