  • With which payment methods can I place an order?

  • Has my order been processed correctly if I have not received the confirmation email?
  •  If the payment has been made in the payment method that you used to make the order, but you have not received the confirmation email, do not worry, your order has been processed correctly. To find the confirmation email, check your spam tray, check that you have entered your email address correctly and if you still have not received it, write to us at info@av-jewlux.com so that we can help you.
  • Can I modify the products of my order?
  •  Modifications can be made to the articles as long as the order has not been shipped. To do this, write to us at info@av-jewlux.com so that we can help you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem in canceling your order and we will refund the full amount.
  • If your order has been prepared and shipped, but has not yet been delivered, you can reject your order and we will refund the amount of the order except for shipping costs.

  • Do the prices include VAT?
  • The prices of all our products have VAT included. When you add them to the shopping cart, only the shipping cost will be added.
